“Terrible, unprofessional. This isn't a tour so much as it is a scam run by a guy looking to make some easy money from tourists. The description clearly states that pickup is included, but he tells you the night before (when it is too late to cancel) that transportation is not included. You have to pay an additional $40 for a motorbike or $60 for a car. I asked for the car, and expressly did not want a motorbike.
